Why Testosterone

I've talked a lot about my health journey with my root canals, reoccuring infections, emotional stuff, etc... but there's a special guy who's story I want to tell, too!


My husband, Dave, has overall great health now! When I met him, he was on high cholesterol and high blood pressure medication... his bad habits affected his health, and he was barely 30! Now, at almost 50 years old, he is on zero prescriptions and thriving!


The biggest part of his journey I want to touch on right now is testosterone. As with most males nowadays, his testosterone began dropping significantly. His blood work 10 years ago showed close to the levels of where a woman ideally should be.


We're sharing this in hopes of helping others. Boosting one's testosterone, for both men and women, is vital if you want to achieve optimal health.


What has helped Dave the most is by adding Pine Pollen (a natural testosterone booster) and Black Maca (natural libido supporter) from Crucial Four to his morning shakes-daily.


He drinks fulvic acid (mineral booster and glyphosate remover, glyphosate is a known hormone disruptor) in his glass of water every morning. He also takes Shilijat (high amounts of fulvic + other benefits) every afternoon.


Another big help is taking Elk Antler tincture from Crucial Four! If you are lacking in energy, focus, and your drive is low, try this! It's potent and powerful. I take it occasionally as well, just not needed as often as my man.


If your testosterone is low and you need help boosting it naturally, you can also try rubbing topical Iodine all around your groin area. This has been known to both remove toxins and also boost your body's production of testosterone naturally.


All of these have significantly helped my husband! His lab work shows he's right in line where he needs to be ideally.

Fertility Recommendations:

  • Take bioavailable zinc, vitamin C & D, fermented cod liver oil is a GREAT natural way of obtaining vitamin D as well as vitamin A!

  • Exercise! This is so important for both males and females, but physical exertion is vital for men. If you're at a desk job (which is fine, Dave is too!), be sure to create outside of work activities such as yard work, outdoor adventures, and lifting weights!

  • Reduce and manage stress! Learn techniques to help you relax, even in stressful situations. These techniques should also contribute toward higher quality sleep. We will touch on these techniques in a later post.

  • Detox, detox, detox!! Clean diet, limit alcohol, keep the boys cool, no tight skivvies, supplements, sauna time, and PEMF daily!

  • No (0\/id shot!! This destroys fertility. Instead, boost your immune system correctly and be prepared. We've had C twice and both times came out of it quickly and strong. We take highly concentrated elderberry and max dosages of vitamin C when it hit. We also take CLO (for the natural vitamin D boosts), Quercitin, and magnesium bicarbonate daily always, but imperative during this time.

  • Yoga/stretching for releasing stress and, believe it or not, for fertility!
