What Can We Trust?!

With so mamy companies selling out or adulterating their products, how do you know which ones to trust and where to turn?!

I felt this same frustration four years ago when I hit a major issue with my health- I was a guessing games in the hands of doctors. Then I found out that products I used and loved for years were now bought by another company and the formulation and practices were now different 😒

Like heavy metals found in Vital Protein's collagen?! 🤦‍♀️

Or what about Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar?....original owner retired and sold the company. Now it's owned by someone associated with APEEL. This means that the apples now used in a drink that is super for your gut uses apples covered with APEEL 🤦‍♀️

Unfortunately these aren't the only, so called, healthy companies that have changed ownership (and formulation)....

1. Crucial Four. Charles Barber, the CEO and founder of Crucial Four, has a heart and passion that stands not only behind his company, but also the products! I did a podcast interview with him where we talked a lot about Crucial Four, their products and his passion. We use the salt, magbicarb, Mbreakfast, and pine pollen daily. We also keep a lot of their products on hand in my wellness cabinet.

2. Organifi. I LOVE these Red, Green, & Gold drinks!! Great for inflammation support, helping with detox, liver support and more! The ingredients formulated in Reds also helps support circulation and sexual functions. Organifi's Liver Reset is my absolute favorite Liver Support EVER! I have used and tried a lot out there, and nothing has come close to effectiveness I've had from their Liver Reset!🙌 When I do a Liver Reset focus, I take the maximum allowed, when in maintenance mode, I'll take 2-4 a day, depending on what my body needs. I also get my Chaga from Organifi and add a scoop of this + Crucial Four's Mbreakfast to my morning coffee. I love how I feel! Awake, refreshed & energized!

3. Kion. This is the only coffee we drink! We also keep their Amino pills on hand in our wellness cabinet and add a scoop of their Creatine to our coffee or shakes daily. This is important for proper muscle and join support! Whether you are working out or not, your body needs essential Amino Acids and Creatine.
