I get asked questions all the time from many of you, which I LOVE! I love sharing what I use, why I use it, and things that can help you and your family. Here are some that I want to touch on today. And yes, there are many other questions I will touch on this week!
Do you just spray TRS once a day? Does it come with instructions on the bottle?
TRS is awesome, a super gentle way to start removing the excess heavy metals in your body. My husband says “It’s easy- just spray it! Spray it in your mouth, in your eyes, on your skin. It works!” :) Though he’s right, we’ve sprayed it on my son’s warts, I’ve sprayed it in my eyes (my eyes get very irritated when they spray overhead), etc.

What supplements do you pack for trips?
Ooooh, this is a good one. I tend to pray over this decision because I could bring something one time and not need it, but need it another time. For example we brought our favorite gut support (ION Gut Support) with us to Nicaragua, but there have been times I don’t bring a bottle with us on road trips. It just always depends.
Our usual that we bring:
Essential Oils. Lemongrass is a favorite for road trips because it encourages circulation. We always have Tea Tree, OnGuard, Frankincense, and a few others among on travel arsenal.

Active Skin Repair! This is a must! This stuff is great for all injuries and skin issues, including sun burns.
And my favorite tinctures: Lymph tone, sinus tone, and drainage tone. These are the best for helping with those issues instantly.
